AI Confidence with Rebecca Dandy

Why I Started AI Confidence

I started AI Confidence because I could see a clear gap. Lots of professionals are curious about AI, but also overwhelmed by it. There is so much noise around it and not enough practical support for people who simply want to use it well in their day-to-day work.

I wanted to create something more grounded. A business that helps people use AI in safe, realistic ways, without making them feel behind or out of their depth.

For me, the point is not to make AI sound impressive. It is to help people think more clearly, work more efficiently, communicate more naturally and stay in control of the quality of their work.

I know many people are still working out where AI fits. They want to save time, but they also care about privacy, judgement, tone and trust. They want better results, fewer generic outputs and a setup that genuinely helps. That is the kind of support AI Confidence is here to offer.

How I Work

When we work together, I start by understanding how you work now, what feels clunky or repetitive and where AI could genuinely help you

Every session is shaped around real tasks, not theory for the sake of it. We might focus on improving prompts, getting more consistent results, using Projects or AI assistants effectively, or simply getting started in a way that feels clear and manageable.

I keep things practical and in plain English. Whether you are just starting out or already using AI and want a more reliable setup, I meet you where you are and focus on what will actually help in your day-to-day work.

You do not need to have everything figured out before we start. We work at your pace and build something that feels useful, realistic and easier to return to after our session.

My Background

My background brings together teaching, training, communication and design. I have a degree in Mathematics and Educational Psychology, and over the years I have worked in education, technical training, marketing and internal communications.

I also hold a Graphic Design qualification, which has shaped the way I think about structure, communication and helping ideas land well. I care about helping people understand things properly, not just giving them information.

I keep my knowledge up to date through ongoing AI training, daily hands-on use and close attention to new tools and features. That helps me support clients in a way that is practical, thoughtful and grounded in real work.

My aim is to help people use AI well, with more confidence and more control over the quality of what they produce.
