AI Confidence with Rebecca Dandy
My Approach
When we work together, I take time to understand you and what you do. What’s working, what feels heavy or frustrating and where AI could genuinely help.

We start with a short discovery form, followed by a relaxed 15-30 minute Zoom chat. This helps me understand how you work, what you already know and what would make the biggest difference to you. No pressure. No prep needed.

Every session is focused on real tasks from your day-to-day work. You’ll leave with a clear action plan, usable prompts and ideas you can put into practice straight away. There's no hype or jargon, just support that fits how you work.

After each session, I’ll ask you to complete a short Reflection Form. This helps you consolidate what you’ve learned and helps me tailor any follow-up handouts or resources so they’re genuinely useful for you.

I’m naturally patient and practical. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, whether you’ve barely opened an AI tool or you’ve been experimenting for a while.
Why I Do What I Do
For many years, my focus has been on caring for my family, including my daughter who has Dravet Syndrome. Those experiences taught me patience, empathy, tenacity and the importance of finding practical solutions that actually work.
Now that family life looks a little different, I've rediscovered how energising it feels to learn again. To be curious. To ask, "what if?" and explore new possibilities.
I want to help others feel that same sense of confidence, especially those building a new chapter for themselves. And I genuinely believe Al is one of the most practical, accessible tools we have for the work that matters most.
How I Became an AI Geek
My career has always been rooted in communication and creativity. I studied Mathematics and Educational Psychology, then moved into education, technical training, marketing and internal communications. Along the way, I added a Graphic Design qualification, freelanced while raising my children and used my design skills to support several small charities.
I've always loved learning, especially when it involves creativity and problem-solving. Over the years I've completed courses in digital marketing, Canva, LinkedIn and of course, Artificial Intelligence.
But this past 18 months, my curiosity about AI grew into something more. I'm now the person who listens to AI podcasts on walks and in the car, reads AI newsletters over breakfast and shares new tools with friends. I regularly tell my husband, "You've got to see what this can do!"
Founding AI Confidence feels like coming full circle. Back to my teaching and training roots, but with an exciting, modern twist that blends my love of learning with helping others do the same.
