Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 February 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by AI Confidence. By booking and paying for a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. About AI Confidence

AI Confidence provides practical AI training and support to UK-based businesses and professionals. All services are delivered by me, Rebecca Dandy trading as AI Confidence, based in Winkfield, UK.

2. My services

I offer 1-to-1 AI training and support sessions designed to help you use AI tools with more confidence in your day-to-day work.

Session format
Sessions may be delivered in person or by Zoom. Unless we agree otherwise, training sessions are normally delivered in person and ongoing support is normally delivered by Zoom. If you request a different format, I may agree to this at my discretion.

3. What you are buying

My work is training and general information. I will tailor sessions to your goals and context, based on what you share with me. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, results, or business performance improvements. Your results depend on many factors outside my control, including what you implement and the tools you use.

4. Enquiries, discovery and booking

If you contact me to express interest in training, we may book a date and time for a Discovery call. Before the Discovery call, I will email you an onboarding form to complete.

There is no charge for the Discovery call. If you decide to go ahead with training, we will agree a training date (usually during the Discovery call). I will then issue an invoice.

Your training booking is confirmed once payment has been received by BACS. I will email you confirmation of the training session and receipt of payment.

5. Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule a booked training session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. For rescheduling requests, you can contact me using the method we have already been using for your booking (for example WhatsApp or SMS).

You can reschedule a booking up to two times in total. After two reschedules, a further change will be treated as a cancellation and the booking will remain non-refundable (see section 12).

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the booking remains non-refundable.

If I need to cancel a booked session, I will let you know as soon as reasonably possible and offer you the option to reschedule. If we cannot agree a new date, I will provide a full refund for the cancelled session (see section 12).

6. Travel expenses and location

If your session is in person, travel is included within 5 miles of my base.

If you are located between 5 and 10 miles from my base, I charge £0.45 per mile.

If you are more than 10 miles away, I may suggest meeting at a co-working venue within 5 miles of my base.

7. Tools and platforms may change

AI tools and platforms change quickly. I may update, substitute, or stop using particular tools or examples as part of the services (including using different AI models or apps) where needed. If I do, I will aim to keep the session focused on the same practical outcome we agreed for your work.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your needs and constraints, and for deciding how you use anything covered in a session.

If you work in a regulated profession or have strict confidentiality obligations, you are responsible for ensuring you use AI tools and outputs in a way that meets your professional requirements and internal policies.

9. AI tools and outputs

AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information. Any examples, prompts, workflows or tool suggestions I share are for training and general information only.

You are responsible for any decision you make or action you take based on AI output, whether the output is generated during a session or later using any AI tool (including tools I demonstrate and tools you choose independently).

Before you use, publish, share or rely on AI output, you must review and validate it for accuracy, legality, confidentiality, and compliance with your own professional obligations, policies and contracts. You should seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

I am not responsible for any loss, damage, claim or liability arising from your use of AI tools or AI output.

10. No professional advice

My services are training and general information only. I do not provide legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other professional advice. You are responsible for getting appropriate professional advice where needed.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to the paragraph above, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data.

Subject to the paragraph above, my total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with the services will be limited to the fees you paid for the session(s) giving rise to the claim.

12. Refunds

If I cancel your session, I will give you a full refund for the cancelled session.

If a force majeure event prevents delivery and we cannot reschedule within a reasonable time, I will give you a full refund for the affected session.

If you cancel, bookings are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, I may offer a refund at my discretion. Any discretionary refund will be limited to the session fee paid for the affected session.

13. Force majeure

Neither of us will be in breach of these Terms, or liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations, if that delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example severe illness, fire, flood, significant internet or power failure, or other major disruption).

If this happens, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and we will agree a rescheduled date. If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable time, I will refund any fees paid for the affected session (see section 12).

14. Confidentiality

We will keep each other’s confidential information confidential. Confidential information includes anything shared in connection with the services that is not public, including business information, plans, pricing, processes, and client information.

This obligation does not apply to information that:

  • is already public (other than through a breach of these Terms)

  • was already lawfully known to the receiving party before it was shared

  • is independently developed without using the confidential information

  • must be disclosed by law or a regulator

The confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely.

15. Intellectual property

All materials I provide as part of the services (including slides, templates, handouts, worksheets, frameworks, and written guidance) remain my intellectual property.

You may use these materials for your own business purposes as the individual client. You must not copy, share, publish, sell, licence, or provide them to anyone else (including your employees, contractors, or other third parties) unless I have given you written permission.

16. Case studies and learning examples

I may use general learnings from our work to improve my services or create anonymised case studies or examples. I will not identify you or your business, and I will not share confidential information.

If I want to use a direct quote, testimonial, or anything that could reasonably identify you, I will ask for your permission first.

17. Data and privacy

I handle personal data in line with my Privacy Policy (available on the website).

Recordings
Discovery calls on Zoom may be recorded with your consent. I may also occasionally record Zoom sessions, but only with your explicit consent each time. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell me at the start of the call and the session will go ahead without recording. Any recordings, transcripts and notes are handled in line with the Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version of the Terms that applies to your booking is the version that was in force on the date you booked. Any updated Terms will apply to new bookings only. The latest version is available on the website.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute arises, we will try to resolve it informally first.

20. Contact

For general questions about these Terms and Conditions, please use the website contact form.

For booking and rescheduling messages, you can contact me using the method we have already been using for your booking (for example WhatsApp or SMS).
